Make your Stay Fantastic

The BDSM home is located in Lorain County about 15-20 minutes west of Medina and about 45 minutes southwest of Cleveland.  It is located in the country with no neighbors within a 1/4 mile.  Ample parking and a fenced-in back yard with privacy fence.

The BDSM home is a small single story ranch with three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a kitchen and, of course, the Dungeon Room.  The Dungeon is on the first floor and not in the basement.

• Bedroom #1 is a full bed
• Bedroom #2 is a queen bed
• Bedroom #3 is an orgy room with an elevated orgy bed that measures 12' by 7'.

Our Dungeon is nearly 800 square feet of play space.  The dungeon has a jail room with steel bars for inmate/jailer fantasies, we have a restraint bed and table for restraint fantasies, we have an old fashion stockade for punishment play, two different spanking benches, a portable cage and a restraint rig.  There are several hard points attached to the roof beams for Rope Suspension.  We also have standing restraints and soon we will have a stripper pole.   I know....what is a stripper pole doing in a dungeon???   We just really wanted a stripper pole to teach pole dancing lessons. 

The house includes ample towels and spare bed linens.  The kitchen includes a toaster, Electric skillet, Keurig coffee maker, small ice maker, refrigerator, microwave, electric stove with oven, blender, crock pot, ample silverware, plates, bowls, iron and ironing board and cooking utensils.

The house has guest Wi-Fi, two TV's with Hulu accounts and a sound system in the dungeon for playing your playlist or using one of ours.

Please note that new rated will take affect on 12-1-25 so please book now to lock in your rates.

This house can be rented by the hour, day or week.  The following are the rental rates:

Hourly (two hour minimum)  $100.00 per hour

Daily (9:00 AMuntil 5:00 PM)  $275.00 for the duration

Overnight (Sunday night to Thursday night)  $300.00 per night

Overnight (Friday and Saturday nights) $385.00 per night

Weekly rental  (6 nights)  $1,800.00

New Years Eve $700.00

Above prices do not include mandatory sales taxes or cleaning fee's.

Check-in for overnight stays is 3:00 PM  and check out noon on last day of stay.

A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 is required for all rentals.  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $90.00 is added to all rentals.

Tours are offered as follows:  There is a $50.00 fee for a tour.  The fee is non-refundable but will be applied to your next rental.  No shows for the tour will result in forfeiture of the fee.

Renters must sign a "Renters contract" and all guests must be listed and registered on the contract.  All guests must also sign a "Guest Affidavit".

Discounted hourly rates are available for Film Producers, Photographers, Doms and Dommes once you establish a formal relationship and you have been vetted.  Security deposits will not be require. once the relationship has been established.  Contact Mark at markajames4@gmail.com for additional information.  There will be a mandatory $90.00 cleaning fee for all uses of the house.

HOUSE RULES

There is no smoking in the house.  The front porch can be used as a smoking area.  All guests must sign a waiver form.  Failure by the renter to have his guests sign the form will result in a penalty and the renter will assume all liability and risk for his/her guests.  The house cannot be sub-rented to others.

DUNGEON RULES

All guests must bring their own toys (floggers, whips, cuffs, ropes, blindfolds,  etc)  We do not provide any of these as part of the rental.  These items are available for an additional rental charge if you do not have your own.

The following activities are not allowed in the house or dungeon:

Smoking

Any Illegal act or play

Fire play

Needle play

Blood play

Scat, Vomit or Urine play

Running or Climbing play

Tumbling or Wrestling play

Weapon (guns, knives, etc.) Play

Edge Play (choking, deprivation, high impact) play

Any play that is inherently dangerous

All visitors must be at least 21 years old, not have been convicted of any felonies, not be on a Registered Sex Offender list and have a valid ID.  We reserve the right to do back-ground checks on all occupants.

Video footage and photos of the inside or outside of the home and dungeon are only to be used for personal use.  Video footage and images are not to be sold, published, shown on social media or allowed into any public space.  They are only to be used within your personal home for personal purposes.  Failure to follow this rule will result in prosecution for damages.

Professional Videographers and Photographers will need to sign a letter of understanding before publishing any materials in the public domain.
